You can download a program called “ptedit” from PowerQuest for free. You may want to try the PTEDIT fix, as it may work for you. As of right now I am having to re-image systems with this issue…and I’d like to avoid this. So any more ideas of how to fix this SP3 woe. I’ve also tried editing the registry to skip the autochk on the C:\ drive and it still stays in a boot loop. The autochk program still exists on the drive, but Windows does not see it. All advanced startup options result in the same error. I have the same issue within my company and have yet to find a fix.
